A Stress-Free Experience

1. Discovery call

We learn about your event goals, audience, and venue to customize STEM experience.

2. Planning

Our team prepares all materials, equipment, logistics, and event layout.

3. Setup

We arrive approximately two hours before the event to transform your space into an engaging STEM playground.

4. Interactive Event

Families explore exciting hands-on STEM stations guided by our experienced facilitators and volunteers.

5. Cleanup

After the event, we remove all equipment and materials, leaving your space clean and organized.
